Your self-image operates on three distinct layers:

1. **The Mental Layer**: Your thoughts, beliefs, and the story you tell yourself about who you are

2. **The Emotional Layer**: The feelings that arise from and reinforce your mental self-image

3. **The Energetic Layer**: The vibration or frequency you emit into the world that attracts matching experiences

CRAFTING YOUR IDEAL SELF-IMAGE

Let's get practical. How do you consciously create a new self-image?

How does this version of you speak?
How do they carry themselves?
What do they believe about their capabilities?
How do they respond to challenges?
What kind of energy do they radiate?

This isn't about pretending to be someone you're not. It's about recognizing who you truly are beneath the limitations you've accepted.

Your ideal self-image should feel both aspirational and authentic—stretching beyond your comfort zone but still aligned with your core values and purpose.

ALIGNING YOUR VIBRATION

Now comes the transformative part—shifting your vibration to match your new self-image.

Your vibration is the energetic frequency you emit based on your thoughts, emotions, and beliefs. It's what people feel when you enter a room before you even speak. And here's the key: You attract experiences that match your vibration, not your desires.

To align your vibration with your new self-image:

1. **Practice embodiment**: Physically move, speak, and breathe as your ideal self would. Your body and energy field respond to how you use them.

2. **Create emotional congruence**: Generate and sustain the emotions your ideal self would feel. Emotion is energy in motion—it's the fuel that powers transformation.

3. **Release resistance**: Identify and release limiting beliefs, fears, and emotional blocks that create static in your energy field. These keep you vibrating at your old frequency.

In January 2025 I began constructing my dream studio space.. (This is phase 2)

In this video I will be taking the first steps towards building my dream studio. I am going to be doing almost all of the work myself, but keep in mind that I am a music producer and sound engineer, not a carpenter. This is NOT a how to video. This is just how I went about creating a space that I will love to spend countless hours replaying the same thing(s) over and over.

Also, I realized that I was recording my videos in portrait view instead of landscape view after a while so I switched. This first video will be in portrait view, which is unfortunate.
